Fencing helmet

The project was carried out on the basis of points obtained by measuring the current prototype (the measurement was performed at the Military Technical Institute of the Serbian Army). The helmet is made from the left and right half in order to reduce the size of casting tools.
On the first picture below is the helmet in the design process, on other two are rendered images of finished helmet.

    sorry you could make a tutorial on how you made the helmet???, because I want to do one for a project but struggled a lot with NX6 because i dont know how use well the mesh tools

    there is many guys that have make the helmet but the have done it using resin , silicone , with a hand made mold i want to use a CNC to make the mold (sorry for my grammar but im learnig enghish)
    if yo want some images i can give you some links for visual help xD

    leet me show you one of my desingns. I won with it in a contest it is was the final examn for the desingn class. and i submit the dessign to siemens xDDDD
