Casted stator of air turbine. Part is casted in two halves, but they are machined together on the lathe. Machined are only contact surface for installation in assembly.

Two-stage air compressor

The complete assembly is made ​​in consultation with the client as completely new project . The only parts that are made ​​on the basis of the documentation are places for rotors due to specific channels for input and output air. The rest of the assembly is new product development.

The special design of the compressor allows it to work either as a separate compressor or as a second stage of two-stage compressor. When works as single stage (separate) compressor air intake is on top side through cylindrical hole and front side is closed. When working as second stage compressor air intake is through front side (half circle opening) and top hole is closed. In both cases, the air exit is at the bottom.
